Forum is useless?

Sorry for the harsh subject line but as a customer for several months for a Compelllent SAN I was expecting a little more activity and help from their main forum.  I realize co-pilot is a phone call away, or email but I don't think it's necessary to have to open a case for every little thing.

But if if Dell/compellent is going to have a Forum for assistance, then someones job should be to monitor and help/assist with peoples questions. Questions seem to go un answered for days and weeks if answered at all.  So if that is the case, and the priority isn't there to support the forums, then why have it all?  for the money we pay for these things, maybe it's just me but I was expecting more.  As a Sys admin for several brands, mostly Dell servers, I'm a little shocked at what I see here.  I remember doing the compellent training and they praised how good their support was including the forums.  While I have no issues with co-pilot and any case I've opened with them,  this place...sorta useless.
